Integrating successful technology framework styles such as Uber and Smart car with growing need for employment and food production in the growing organics food market. My innovative framework bridges rural lifestyle with city lifestyle. An opportunity to bring and develop a skilled workforce, immigration/settlement, transportation, lifestyle, culture and more into a wealth building scale-able community structure that offers multiple points of entry and participation from sight seeing/tourism, part time/weekend workers, to full time workers and administrators.
A similar scale-able pay structure and human resources management framework allows participants to come and go to accommodate school, work or whatever life demands while also accommodating those who desire to dive in full time.
This is not a solution for society as whole or some break-a-way culture. It is a business model for a production based agricultural artisan co-operative that is founded upon principals of business and education while allowing the freedom of self directed cultural organization.
I am looking for pilot program investors and operators for the following executive positions to develop the startup project.
These will be initially consultant style relationships with a building of framework until the physical pilot project is go.

“We are acting at our best level, and have the greatest chance of success when we are active workers in, and consumers of, the products or services that we fund… We can set priorities based on local or current problems in the biosocial context of the times.”

“We need capital that is socially constructive rather than destructive and more stabilising rather than destabilizing. We need capital that is restrained, limited and controlled and directed to meeting human need rather than human greed. Co-operative capital is constructive, stabilising and restrained. the world needs more co-operative capital and ways of diverting savings from becoming investor to becoming co-operative capital.” Webb and others (2010) Co-operative Capital: What it is and Why our World Needs it ( http://ica.coop/en/blueprint-co-op-decade)
